When we began this blog in 2006 we wanted to it to be a great resource for companies looking for information about how they could manage IT better.  We have been so busy ACTUALLY making IT work for our clients, we haven’t invested the time it takes to make this blog a useful resource for businesses.

Several years ago I ran across a similar company called Everon, managed by Michael Cooch and Josh Clifford and even more recently I found their blog titled, “SMB ITPros”.  Their goals were simple:

We created this site to share with the SMB IT community what we have learned from our successes and failures, with the belief that building a more successful overall business community will be to the benefit of everyone, including us personally and our company, Everon. We hope to accomplish this by providing information and insight that is:

• Practical
• Actionable
• Field tested
• Profitable!

Their blog, found here, is almost exactly what I had hoped the Architel blog would have been.  It is never too late to be inspired and as a result we will be refocusing our efforts.  Thanks Michael and Josh, keep up the great work!
