This includes proactive, reactive, on-site and remote support.

We focus on proactive computer network support maintenance that can reduce support calls by 40 percent or more. When you do need us, the Architel team is always available, providing one to three days of on-site computer support services each week and 24/7 emergency support. Our remote services include network, desktop and security monitoring, patch management, and data backup.

Our managed services fall into three categories:

Fractional IT Support. “Fractional support” means your company’s computer network support function is run by our Fortune 500-caliber team – but you only pay for a fraction of their time, based on your needs, on a flat-rate, monthly basis. Architel pioneered this service for Dallas-area small businesses in 2001, and we have spent the past decade perfecting it. Fractional Computer Support is ideal for companies with between 20 and 200 employees.

Outsourced IT Support. Midsize companies often wish to outsource some aspects of computer network support, but retain others in-house. With Outsourced IT Support, Architel manages only the specific components of the computer support function that are giving you the most headaches – such as the help desk or database administration. Outsourced Computer Support clients typically have more than 200 employees.

Staffing Services. For clients who wish to supplement Fractional Computer Network Support or Outsourced Computer Network Support with dedicated, on-site resources, we offer Staffing Services to ensure your computer support team has the right skill sets and a comprehensive understanding of the Architel service model.
