Support Systems
Architel employees three distinct support systems for our clients. The goal of each system is to provide a window into our process for users and business owners, resulting in a transparent support process. Our primary system for reactive issues is SimpleTicket, our web based trouble ticket tracking system. Users are given complete access to our support system so they can track the progress of their support request. Our primary system for proactive issues (more frequently called ‘projects’) is BaseCamp, a web based project management system. Business owners and users are given complete access to our project management system so they can track the progress of their various initiatives. Finally, we employee a system of secure wikis to allow for collaborative documentation of our client’s IT environments.
