Proactive Support
The second silo of our Fractional IT support model is Proactive Support. Reactive support is only half of the IT support battle, projects are the lifeblood of any business and we have great tools in place to make sure yours are handled properly. Architel uses a state-of-the-art project web application to manage client’s projects called Basecamp.
Our project managers enters each client’s project into our Basecamp project site. We give you or anyone you appointment complete access to see internal messages, to-dos and milestones associated with your projects. Of course, you don’t need to monitor the progress of your projects, but we give you the tools if you want to. In late 2006 we will have integrated Basecamp’s API into SimpleTicket (our trouble ticket system).
All client projects are completed at no additional monthly cost. Architel does not bill by the hour or by the project, we only complete projects for our clients.
