We employ a teaming approach; assigning each client to a specific, dedicated support team consisting of: technical team lead, senior engineer, project engineer, and one or more help desk technicians. Each team is supported by a help desk manager, project manager and client escalation manager.

Specifically, our standard model is UNLIMITED requiring no additional payment for projects, excess support hours or support calls. Other, seemingly flat-fee, models limit the number hours provided or limit the scope of service provided to exclude project work.
