Our migration started the day after Thanksgiving and it continues to this day. Perhaps one or two more weeks and we will be finished. The guys have been working late each day to migrate each client, one cabinet at a time. We only have four more cabinets left ~ along with a lot of organization and cleanup work to do. The picture to the right is what it used to look like before the move.
What are we going to use the old data center space for? More people, of course. We are running out of room and our developers (on the Big in Japan/SimpleTicket side of the house) need a space of their own. They will be taking over the data center (we will be putting carpet over the raised floor), which will be turned into a bullpen as seen below:

The remainder of the old data center area will be used as a conference room and five offices (if you call cubes offices).
