
Architel® operates a world-class help desk and data center for its managed service provider business inside Campbell Centre, Dallas’ premier technology center. Newly constructed in 2010, our facilities meet SAS-70, PCI DSS and ISO 9001:2000 requirements.
Our state-of-the-art NOC is the mission-critical facility where our engineers monitor thousands of servers and hundreds of networks for alarms. ITIL trained system administrators and security experts utilize monitoring software, combined with rigorous monitoring and escalation procedures, to maintain unsurpassed standards in security, reliability, performance and system availability. Supported by best-of-breed partners like Microsoft, Level(3) and Cisco, our team leverages a highly customized IT automation platform for all monitoring, remote access and ticketing.
Data CenterOur dedicated facility is backed by complete redundancy in power, HVAC, fire suppression, network connectivity and security. The center is designed to run uninterrupted in the event of a complete power outage and the facility meets SAS-70, PCI DSS and ISO 9001:2000 requirements.. Its N+1 power generator architecture is supported by dual uninterrupted power supplies (UPS). Architel engineers perform ongoing preventive maintenance that meets or exceeds manufacturers’ recommended procedures.
