Our facilities are manned with ITIL trained system administrators. Through the support of best-of-breed partners like Microsoft, Level(3) and Cisco our engineers carry multiple certifications. Most have one or more Microsoft certifications and more than ten members of our team have CCNA or CCNP certifications from Cisco.

Today, Architel not only offers basic managed services, but outsourced NOC services, managed voice services as well as niche services like managed video surveillance and managed cloud services. In each case Architel’s focus remains on the alignment of interest with business owners.
