Since 2003 we have touted the fact that we ONLY offered one part number for our fractional IT service. Today I am proud (and a little sad) that no longer have a single part number. Our managed services clients, as opposed to our SMB fractional IT clients really didn’t fit in our old ’single part number’ model.
